Manhattan, NY and Pasco, WA - LVI Services Inc., the nation’s leading provider of facilities and remediation services, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of leading design-build general contractor Randolph Construction Services, Inc (Randolph). Through this DICCE (Design, Integration, Construction, Communications and Engineering) contract, Randolph installs Radiation Portal Monitors and accompanying communication equipment at international seaports, river ports, airports, rail and vehicle ports of entry. Randolph’s DICCE team has completed 77 projects in 11 countries totaling more than $145 million in support of US national security efforts.
