Tami Casey

Tami Casey serves as vice president for NorthStar’s Western offices. She is responsible for business development in the Western half of the United States and also serves as a corporate relationship manager for many Fortune 500 clients. In addition, Casey is responsible for the development and implementation of the comprehensive pre-loss recovery programs that serve as the blueprint for NorthStar’s rapid response and recovery operations.
Casey joined
NorthStar’s parent company, LVI Services, in 1998, serving as a
large-loss project coordinator. She has assisted clients through
recovery efforts during many large, community-wide disasters, including
Houston's Tropical Storm Allison, Guam’s Super Typhoon Pongsona, the
Florida hurricanes of 2004, Hurricanes Rita, Wilma, Katrina, Ike and
most recently the California fire storms.
Casey specializes in customizing recovery programs for national
property management companies, retail chains, department store chains,
REITs, institutions and multi-family properties. She brings a history
of success in limiting business interruption and confusion during
losses involving fires, floods, natural disasters and environmental
exposures. Casey regularly provides mitigation presentations to
engineers, managers and owners in an effort to avoid unnecessary damage
during losses.
Casey holds certifications in hazardous waste operations, emergency
response, and asbestos and lead. She attended Arizona State University
and is certified in mold inspection, assessment and control from the
University of California, Berkeley.
