Michael Marcheschi

As Vice President, Preconstruction Services, Michael Marcheschi specializes in the oversight of major projects nationwide, taking them from their earliest stages and then blending multiple disciplines to create financially successful outcomes for LVI and its clients.  Representative industries include energy/power generation, manufacturing, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, health care and hotels/casinos, as well as brown fields and various governmental agencies such as DOE, NASA, FEMA, EPA and HUD.
Marcheschi has more than 24 years of experience in successfully completing multi-million-dollar projects while simultaneously managing multiple assignments and teams. His expertise includes estimating, demolition, implosions, hazardous waste remediation, contracts and contract negotiation, emergency response, operations, cost containment, proposal writing, employee training and business development.

His experience with disaster response, recovery and retrofitting includes the Northridge Earthquake, tornadoes and several hurricanes, including Katrina, where he spent nine months revitalizing the New Orleans area.

Marcheschi joined LVI Services in 1999 as Chief Estimator, West Coast. He became President of the Denver Branch in 2002, was promoted to Nationwide Manager of the Special Projects Division in 2004 and was elected to his current position in 2007.  In 2008, Marcheschi was key to developing the Industrial Services Group (ISG), which has grown into a separate, multi-million-dollar division, handling full-service industrial projects.  

Before joining LVI Services, Marcheschi held a variety of business management positions.  He is a 1986 graduate of Illinois State University with a bachelor of science degree in pre-law/international relations.
