LVI SERVICES ACQUIRES WEST COAST DEMOLITION AND SALVAGE SPECIALTY COMPANY ICONCO

NEW YORK - LVI Services Inc., the nation's largest environmental remediation and facility services firm with more than 25 offices across the country, announced today that it has acquired ICONCO, a demolition and salvage company serving the western United States. ICONCO specializes in demolition and salvage services on challenging jobs, including high-rise buildings, industrial structures, bridges and marine projects. Founded in 1964, the company has offices in Oakland, Calif. and Seattle, Wash.
The addition of ICONCO enhances LVI's growing demolition capabilities and geographic reach. LVI offers total turnkey demolition services for both commercial and industrial Fortune 500 clients. The company has state-of-the-art demolition equipment capable of performing large-scale concrete cutting, crushing and separating, as well as steel cutting and equipment dismantling.
LVI has performed major demolition projects for Las Vegas resorts, Hollywood movie sets, industrial manufacturing and chemical plants, power plants and commercial facilities.
