Rich McManus
President Industrial, Nuclear and Government Division
As President of LVI’s Industrial, Nuclear and Government Division, McManus oversees offices in nationwide. McManus has more than 34 years of experience in the Power, Commercial and Nuclear demolition, environmental and decommissioning industries. In his position with LVI, McManus manages one of the largest fleets of specialty demolition equipment in the nation and supervises the heavy equipment utilization and maintenance.
LVI’s Industrial, Nuclear and Government Division (ING) performs all high level proposal and estimating work for large, specialty projects on a national level. This division oversees projects nationwide while also providing support for the individual branch offices. This group is made up of experienced professionals and resources enabling ING to safely and efficiently execute large, complex and challenging projects.
McManus joined LVI Services in 2004 when LVI acquired ESSDC where he was President and General Manager. He attended Bucks County Technical Institute, Lincoln Technical Institute, and the Crosby School of Rigging. McManus has received a variety of safety training including, but not limited to, OSHA 40-Hour Training and OSHA 500-Hour Training. McManus’ specialty is the dismantling, re-sale and/or demolition of fossil fuel power plants although he has worked in every major industry; he also pioneered the use of remote equipment in the demolition business.
