Dave Hicks
Vice President/Federal Business Development
Dave Hicks has more than 30 years’ experience in the federal environmental, design-build and construction markets. During this period, Dave has worked in administrative, operations, and marketing management positions for leading engineering & construction and general contracting firms such as the Signal Companies, MACTEC, CH2M HILL, Parsons and MWH.
He has held progressively more responsible positions such as Resource Manager, Proposal Manager, Director of Business Development Services (BDS), Federal BD Manager to his present position of Vice President, Federal Business Development which he assumed upon joining LVI in 2011. He spent 5 years in the US Army serving in the US, Europe and Vietnam before being honorably discharged as a Captain, US Army Signal Corps. Dave graduated from the University of Illinois with a BA in Marketing & Communications. Dave, his wife and daughter live in the Denver area.
