I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude and delight with the extraordinary level of service your company has provided. Through the hard work and dedication of LVI Services, Washington Mutual was able to provide the vital asbestos awareness and requisite assistance necessary for the safe, effective and timely completion of this project.
Every challenge that was presented, from a very short notification to the countrywide geographical spectrum of this project, was met with professionalism and enthusiasm by every one of your employees. I commend you and I look forward to continuing our relationship.
Vice President, Facilities Environmental Services
We want to thank the LVI staff involved in the asbestos abatement and respray project at our Baggage Claim area. LVI was able to complete the project ahead of our original aggressive schedule, resulting in a cost savings to United. We particularly appreciate the efforts of your team in the preparation and implementation of the project. It became obvious that the initial hours of preplanning were key to the success of the project. We will be calling on your services again.

LVI is a client-oriented contractor rather than a contractor-oriented contractor. The difference is they demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction unlike many of their competitors. The right choice was made to bring LVI onboard as an asbestos abatement contractor. When project situations demanded, LVI was helpful in formulating innovative approaches to particularly difficult asbestos abatement situations in occupied buildings, which resulted in further success.

I am pleased to commend LVI for providing the Nuclear Management Company (NMC) with outstanding services. NMC strives to excel in the safe, reliable, cost-effective and environmentally sound operation of nuclear-generated power. LVI has allowed us to maintain and excel in this mission by assembling an excellent team of engineers, management and labor forces to design and execute an extremely complex and comprehensive asbestos abatement within one of our most radiologically challenging environments, the nuclear reactor head.
Your innovative containment design, combined with the development and use of long-handled tools, was critical in working safely and reducing workforce radiation exposure while complying with asbestos laws. The LVI laborers were all professionals dedicated to achieving our goal of zero accidents. The projects were executed flawlessly, ahead of schedule and under budget. LVI has distinguished itself as the best in the business.

The state of Florida experienced an unprecedented hurricane season in 2004, and Martin County, Florida, experienced two hurricanes back to back in September. As a school district charged with educating approximately 17,900 students, you can imagine the resulting turmoil these storms left on our operation.
Martin County acquired a (First Alert) contract with LVI just prior to the first hurricane, and the Superintendent approved a work authorization in the event we received storm-related damage. Little did we know how important this contract would become to our operation and the quick restoration of services. LVI was present the afternoon after each storm passed, working alongside our staff to assess the damages and develop a scope of work to immediately restore each school for occupation by students.
LVI’s team was extremely responsive and sensitive to our needs as they related to our priorities and policies. We thank you for your valued service and appreciate the relationship we have developed, as LVI has been a major contribution to our success.

I would like to express my appreciation to LVI for professionalism and outstanding efforts in the successful completion of the hazardous removal and interior demolition of the Pentagon Wedge II Renovations project. By working closely with our superintendent, we were able to complete this project within the time frame of our very aggressive and accelerated schedule. I look forward to working with your staff again in the future and have no reservations at recommending LVI to potential clients.

I am writing this letter to express the sincere gratitude of the New Orleans Division Office of the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) for the outstanding efforts of LVI Services in repairing the damages caused by Hurricane Katrina to DEA’s offices at Three Lakeway Center in Metairie, Louisiana. I was extremely impressed with the speed with which LVI responded to our needs. Representatives were on site just over a week after Hurricane Katrina hit. The job LVI faced at the time was tremendous. There was no water, power or sanitary facilities. Broken glass, sharp protruding metal and dangling electrical wires were everywhere. Temperatures regularly exceeded 90 degrees.
Thanks to LVI Services, DEA became the first tenant to move back into Three Lakeway. As a result, DEA was able to save at least $1.5 million of taxpayer funds that had been earmarked for the lease of temporary office facilities. We were able to resume operations smoothly and without wasted effort. I would be very pleased to serve as a reference for LVI Services.

As superintendent of the Castaway’s demolition job, I want you to know of the great job LVI did on this project. They worked well with the other subcontractors and met or exceeded all of their scheduled dates. You definitely have a professional team that knows their job. They take pride in their work, are very safety oriented and make a clean job their first priority. Your team made my job very easy. I look forward to working with LVI on future projects.

The Denver Fire Department, along with other City and County of Denver agencies, underwent a variety of emergency training. That training would not have been possible without the support of you and your crew. The help you provided during initial training setup as well as during the actual training was the difference between safe and meaningful training scenarios and what could have amounted to a minimal, less than effective training for department personnel.
In the event of an actual emergency, our personnel will now be better trained and prepared. Firms such as LVI are resources we would not hesitate to call upon for assistance in the event of a large-scale emergency.

This letter is to recognize what a tremendous job LVI performed during both the recovery on September 11, 2001 and LVI’s base contract work at the Pentagon. The asbestos abatement and demolition portions of the project were performed in a timely and safe manner. LVI’s proactive, conscientious and professional manner, in which they prosecuted their work, set the proactive safety example for many of the follow-on contractors.

LVI Environmental completed a $6 million demolition contract, which was part of a 2,500-guestroom remodel project at our Bellagio Hotel and Casino facility. LVI performed their work on time, on schedule and in a professional manner. Their ability to meet a 70-hours-per-floor demolition schedule in an occupied hotel demonstrates their abilities and devotion. I highly recommend them.
